Every repair visit starts with our 9-point pre-check, included with a $45 minimum service booking (1 unit, no GST) — that covers the visit, the pre-check, and standard servicing. If your aircon needs more (gas top-up $115–170, drainage repair from $80, etc.), the additional work is quoted transparently after diagnosis. If you proceed, the $45 minimum is part of the total. If you decline the recommended fix, the $45 covers the visit and diagnosis only.
Should I repair or replace my aircon?
General rule: if repair cost exceeds 50% of replacement cost AND your unit is over 8 years old, replacement makes more sense. Newer or higher-end units often justify repair. Our pre-check includes an honest repair-vs-replace recommendation — we don't push expensive repairs on aging units.
Why is my aircon leaking water?
