1 Servicing
Routine 3-monthly maintenance: filter clean, coil wipe, drainage flush, gas check. The $45 minimum (1 unit) covers the visit, the 9-point pre-check, and standard servicing.
2 Gas top-up
For low-refrigerant aircon. Pre-check confirms whether top-up will fix the issue. Priced per outdoor circuit, not per indoor unit (FCU).
See the full aircon gas leak & leakage repair cost breakdown — flat top-up prices and what a piping repair costs.
3 Leak / pressure test & pipe work
A standard service visit still includes a gas pressure check as part of the $45 servicing minimum. The rates below are for a dedicated leak or piping job.
Piping set
Pressure / leak pressure test
$150 per FCU
Dedicated pressure test of the refrigerant piping set.
If pipes need replacing
Piping replacement
$450 per FCU
When the copper piping set needs replacing. Concealed pipe work is quoted after the test.
If a repair is approved on the same visit, the test fee is offset against that repair.
5 Other / chemical
Deep-clean and other published work. A chemical wash booked as its own visit uses the table below. If we are already on site for another job, a chemical clean is from $100–$150 per unit.
Aircon Chemical Wash
Deep coil cleaning every 6–12 months. Removes mould, biofilm, and stubborn grime. See the full aircon chemical wash cost breakdown — including how it compares with a general service and an overhaul.
Aircon Chemical Overhaul
Full disassembly. Recommended every 2–3 years or for severely fouled units.
Aircon Repair
Every repair visit starts with the 9-point pre-check to identify the actual problem before any work. $45 minimum (1 unit) covers the visit and pre-check; additional work quoted transparently after diagnosis.

Why are some aircon companies so much cheaper?
A few reasons: cheaper companies often skip the pre-check (so you pay even if servicing won't fix your issue), use lower-grade chemicals (which can corrode coil fins), or employ undertrained technicians (warranty claims become disputes). When comparing, always ask: is there a workmanship warranty? Is pre-check included? Is the quoted price the final price, or are there add-ons?

Is the price I see the final price?
Yes. Every price you see on our website is the final price — no surprise additions at the end. The only exceptions are major repair parts (compressor, PCB) and concealed pipe work, which we quote on-site after the test confirms what's actually needed.
Do you charge for parking or transport?
Standard transport within Singapore is included. The only exceptions are restricted parking zones (CBD/Marina Bay area) where a small surcharge ($10–20) applies if commercial parking is required.
