Frequently asked questions

How does the annual package work?
You pay once for the year. We schedule 4 visits, one every 3 months. We send WhatsApp reminders before each visit. You get a chemical wash on the first visit (Premium Care) or all visits (Platinum Care), and general servicing on the rest.
Why is the first visit a chemical wash?
Because we want to start fresh. A chemical wash deep-cleans your evaporator coil and removes any built-up biofilm or mould. Once your aircon is genuinely clean, the 3 follow-up general services keep it that way easily. Skip the deep clean and the general services are just maintaining the dirt.
Can I cancel mid-year?
Yes. We refund unused visits at the ad-hoc rate equivalent. If you used 2 of 4 visits, we refund the 2 remaining at our standard rates. No cancellation penalty.
What if I move house mid-contract?
We transfer the remaining visits to your new address at no extra cost (within Singapore). We also offer to reassign to a family member or tenant if you prefer.
Is Platinum Care worth it for normal households?
Probably not. Platinum (4 chemical washes/year) is designed for households with severe allergies, asthma, very heavy aircon use (12+ hours daily), or premium expectations. Most homes do well on Premium Care.
Can I add more units mid-contract?
Yes, on a pro-rated basis. If you add 1 more unit halfway through the year, you pay 50% of the per-unit annual fee. We update your schedule to include the new unit.
