Either way, we believe you deserve to know what's actually wrong with your aircon before you spend money on a service that may not fix it.
That's why every aircons.sg visit begins with a free, 10-minute, 9-point inspection. We tell you what we find. You decide what to do.
Confirms electrical supply, board response, and remote/thermostat function before any disassembly.
Measures the difference between intake and output air. Tells us if the issue is gas-related or cleaning-related.
Professional gauges check refrigerant pressure (R32 / R410A / R22). Detects gas leaks before they damage the compressor.
Verifies the drainage pipe is clear. Blocked drains are the #1 cause of aircon water leaks in HDB and condo units.
Visual check of fan, condenser coil, and external pipework. Catches fan failure and coil corrosion early.
Listens for bearing noise, checks blower wheel for cracks or imbalance. Prevents motor burnout.
We physically inspect for rust, refrigerant oil stains, cracked piping, and any visible damage.
We tell you honestly whether you need a general service or a chemical wash. Never sold the wrong service.
Trained ear identifies bearing wear, fan blade issues, refrigerant flow noise, or compressor stress.

We proceed with the service you booked (general service, chemical wash, or chemical overhaul) at the price you were quoted. Job complete in 30–90 minutes per unit.
We explain what's wrong (e.g. drainage blocked, gas low, coil heavily fouled), what it costs to fix, and what happens if you don't. You decide. If you want only the original service, we do only that.
If the issue is structural (compressor failure, major gas leak, PCB fault), servicing won't help. We tell you immediately, recommend the right repair or replacement, and you owe us nothing for the diagnosis.
