Normal servicing is the minimum we offer for a wall-mounted aircon. Basic servicing — a vacuum and a check, with no roller dismantling — is not offered. On a normal service we dismantle the roller and blower, clean the filter, clean the coil, clean and flush the drainage, and do a basic check. In Singapore that is the routine visit, about every 3 months. Published prices for wall units: 1 unit $55, 2 units $90 ($45 per unit), 3 units $120 ($40 per unit), 4 units $160 ($40 per unit), and $35 per unit from 5 units. The price you see is the final price. The $55 for 1 unit covers the visit, the 9-point pre-check and normal servicing.

How often should I service my aircon in Singapore?

Every 3 to 4 months for daily-use aircon. Singapore's high humidity (averaging 84%) accelerates dust and biofilm buildup faster than most countries. Heavy users and households with pets or allergies should service every 3 months.

What is the difference between normal servicing and chemical wash?

Normal servicing is our minimum. We dismantle the roller and blower, clean the filter, coil and drainage, flush, and do a basic check. It is $55 for 1 unit. A chemical wash goes further: the roller comes out, a water tray and cover go on, chemical goes on the coil and blower, then we rinse, flush the drainage and test. Chemical wash starts at $135 for 1 unit. Basic servicing (vacuum and a check only) is not offered.

How long does aircon servicing take?

30–45 minutes per indoor unit. A typical 3-bedroom HDB flat with 3 fan coil units takes about 90–120 minutes including pre-check, servicing, and final testing.

Do I need to be home during servicing?

Yes, ideally. The technician needs power supply access, water (for drainage flushing), and approval if any repair issues are flagged during the pre-check.
