Booking an Aircon Service in Singapore: Morning or Afternoon Slot, and What to Have Ready

You have decided the aircon needs servicing. Then comes the part that decides whether the day goes smoothly: choosing when someone comes, and making sure the visit can actually happen. Most booking problems are not about the aircon at all. They are about a locked door, a unit nobody counted, or a slot that did not suit who would be home.

This post walks through how booking works on aircons.sg today, using only what the booking page and the price list publish, and then what to have ready so the visit goes in one go.

How the online booking works

The booking page offers one morning slot and one afternoon slot each day, from the next day onwards. You cannot book for the same day through the form. If something is broken and urgent, that is a WhatsApp conversation rather than a form.

The form has three steps:

  • What do you need. Normal servicing, chemical wash, chemical overhaul or new installation, and the number of units. The price appears as you choose, so you see the figure before you give any details.
  • When. You pick a date, then Morning or Afternoon.
  • Your details. Name, WhatsApp number, address and an optional email.

Nothing is charged at this point. The page says "No payment now" and that every booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, so submitting the form is a request for that slot, not a locked-in appointment. Read the WhatsApp confirmation before you assume the day is set. The page also states that prices are final, that the 9-point pre-check is included and that servicing carries a 90-day workmanship warranty.

Morning or afternoon: which one suits you

The form labels the two slots only as Morning and Afternoon. The WhatsApp booking message on this site lists the timing choices as 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm, so those are the windows to plan around. If you need something tighter, say so when you confirm on WhatsApp. The booking message also notes that the driver will WhatsApp or call about 15 minutes before arriving, so the person who will be home needs to keep the number reachable.

A few practical ways to choose:

  • Work from the office. Pick the slot when someone else, a parent, a helper or a neighbour you trust, can let the team in. Our post on arranging a visit when you cannot be there covers what to tell them.
  • Several units. A longer job is better started in the morning so it is not still running late into the evening. The published time is 30 to 45 minutes per indoor unit; how long servicing takes turns that into a plan by number of units.
  • A chemical wash. Water is used, so you want the unit and the room dry again before bedtime. A morning visit leaves the whole day for that. That is a practical reason to prefer the morning, not a rule.
  • Someone sleeping in the room. If a baby or a night-shift worker sleeps in the bedroom concerned, book the slot they will be awake for, or move them out for the visit.

The limits of the form

Three situations do not go through the slot picker, and it is worth knowing which one you are in before you start.

  • More than 6 units. The slot booking handles up to 6 units. A larger job goes in as a booking request that is confirmed on WhatsApp, not as a slot.
  • New installation. The form lets you choose it, but it is not booked into a slot. The page says availability is confirmed on WhatsApp and the price is confirmed on site. The price list publishes "from" prices per system and says the site survey is free.
  • Repairs. The page says repairs need a quick look first, so they are handled on WhatsApp. A normal servicing visit is $55 for 1 unit and includes the pre-check; a standard repair (drainage, electrical) is $80. Compressor and PCB replacement are quoted on site.

What the form shows you for the price

The amounts on the form are the same as the price list. For normal servicing it is $55 for 1 unit, $90 for 2, $120 for 3, $160 for 4, and $35 per unit from 5, so 6 units shows $210. A chemical wash is $135 for 1 unit, $245 for 2, $345 for 3, $425 for 4 and $100 per unit from 5. A chemical overhaul is $200 for 1 unit, $370 for 2, $515 for 3, $640 for 4 and $150 per unit from 5.

Counting units correctly matters here, because the unit count sets the price and the time. Count indoor units, the ones on the wall, not the outdoor compressors. If you are unsure whether the job is a general service or something deeper, the service checklist, line by line shows what each job covers.

What to have ready before the team arrives

None of this is complicated. It just stops the visit stalling at the door.

  • Clear access to every indoor unit. Move furniture, plants or clothes racks away from under the unit. A unit above a wardrobe or bed needs floor protection and room to work.
  • Know where the outdoor unit is and how it is reached. For a unit on a ledge or in a service yard, tell us that at booking. High-floor ledge work is charged case by case and confirmed for your block before any work starts, so raise it early rather than on the day.
  • Know which problems you have noticed. Weak cooling, a smell, water, noise. The pre-check looks at all of it, but a note saves guessing. Photograph or film any blinking light, as our post on error codes explains.
  • Keep the remote handy. It lets the team run the unit before and after the work.
  • A working WhatsApp number answered on the day. That is where the slot is confirmed and where the arrival message comes.
  • Tell the property side if it matters. A condo that requires a visitor or contractor registration is better arranged in advance, not at the gate. If you rent, our post on servicing in a rented flat covers the tenant and landlord question.

If you need to change the date

Because every booking is confirmed on WhatsApp, the same chat is where you move it. The booking page does not publish a cancellation or rescheduling policy, so do not assume one: ask when you receive the confirmation, and say as early as you can. Each day has only one morning and one afternoon, so a slot you no longer need is worth releasing.

Short version

  • One morning and one afternoon each day, bookable from the next day.
  • Submitting the form requests a slot; WhatsApp confirms it. No payment now.
  • Up to 6 units can pick a slot. More than 6, any installation, and any repair are sorted out on WhatsApp.
  • Prices on the form match the published price list and are final.
  • Be ready with access, a unit count and a reachable phone.

Frequently asked questions

Can I book an aircon service for today in Singapore?
Not through the online form. The aircons.sg booking page offers one morning and one afternoon slot each day, starting from the next day. For something urgent, WhatsApp 9107 2601.
Do I pay when I book the aircon service online?
No. The booking page says no payment now and that every booking is confirmed on WhatsApp. Submitting the form requests the slot; the WhatsApp confirmation is what settles it.
How many aircon units can I book into one slot?
The form books slots for up to 6 units. A job of more than 6 units goes in as a booking request confirmed on WhatsApp, and new installations are confirmed on WhatsApp too, not booked into a slot.
What do the morning and afternoon slots mean in time?
The form labels them Morning and Afternoon. The WhatsApp booking message on aircons.sg lists the timing choices as 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm. If you need a tighter arrival time, ask when the booking is confirmed on WhatsApp.
Can I book an aircon repair through the booking page?
No. The page says repairs need a quick look first, so they are handled on WhatsApp. A standard repair (drainage, electrical) is $80 on the published price list, and compressor or PCB replacement is quoted on site.
What does the online form show for the price of aircon servicing?
The same prices as the price list: normal servicing $55 for 1 unit, $90 for 2, $120 for 3, $160 for 4 and $35 per unit from 5. A chemical wash is $135 for 1 unit, $245 for 2, $345 for 3, $425 for 4 and $100 per unit from 5. Prices are final.
